Beautiful suites and host. We were booked in a studio but Dan upgraded us to the Conwy suite. It was lovely, huge comfortable bed, lovely lounge area, perfect kitchen area with lots of supplies. Oils, condiments tea coffee sugar and coffee pods. Will definitely return and location is excellent. Thank you Dan, Jayne Louise and Tim
I love the idea of an apartment for a short stay and we really hit the jackpot with Clifton Villa. We booked the Conwy suite for two nights and loved it. The rooms are bright and airy with everything you could need, the location is great, with just a short walk to bars, pubs and restaurants meaning the car stayed in one spot the entire time. Even though it was close to everything we didn't get disturbed at all at night. We will definitely stay here again.
We just wanted an extra night and we were lucky to get a room for Saturday night. Dan our host accommodated us straight away and allowed us to check in early due to leaving our B & B at 10.30am. The room was very spacious and had everything you needed for a self catered apartment. It is perfectly situated on a quiet street but right in the middle of the town. Thanks for a wonderful stay and would highly recommend staying.
We stayed here for 4 nights in the Beaumaris Classic room. It was a great sized room, clean and in a great location. We never met the owners but they were great at texting instructions of how to access the property. There is no parking however there is loads of on street parking all around and we managed to get parked nearby everyday.
We stayed for a week at Clifton Villa in Llandudno, and it was the perfect choice. The location couldn’t be better – right in the town centre, just a short walk from the shops and the sea. Our room was absolutely perfect. It had a small but fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a TV, and a bathroom. Everything was spotless, and you could tell that every little detail had been carefully thought of to make guests feel comfortable. The owners, Dan and Aggie, were incredibly kind and welcoming. They made us feel at home from the very beginning and truly went above and beyond – the best hosts we could have asked for. We would highly recommend Clifton Villa to anyone visiting Llandudno and would be more than happy to stay again.
Clifton Villa is away from the promenade. A quiet area however only 5 mins to the promenade. No noisy seagulls keeping you awake. This guest house ( no breakfast due to room facilities and very near eating out )is more than a bedroom for the night. In all rooms there are fridges, cooking facilities and utensils. We stayed in the Little Orme room. Large bed, dining table for 2. Two easy chairs and coffee table.Wall mounted TV .Shower room had plenty of space for toiletries . The rooms are spotlessly clean. A small garden seating area at the front of the house. Plenty of road parking. Very close to some lovely restaurants. Great food at Cottage loaf, Casa Nova and Home Cooking eating out highly recommend just around the corner. Weatherspoons at the Paladium around the corner. Will definitely go again. We have normally stayed in hotels on the promade. Clifton Villa was in a quieter area and a more relaxing break. Dan and Agi hosts are very friendly and helpful.
The Beaumaris room was 1 floor up. Very comfy and spacious. Everything you need is in the room. Nice and clean. Very quiet at night. But yet only 2 streets behind the main prom...loads of cafes and restaurants nearby. We ate out every night. But made breakfast ..lovely place well kept and clean. Lovely friendly hosts aggie and Dan.... Hopefully we will be back !!
My fiancé and I stayed in the Great Orme room and we absolutely loved it. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and the shower was brilliant. We really benefitted from having a kitchenette in the room and a table and chairs to have dinner on. The property itself it's lovely and very well kept. The TV in the TV was fine but could do with being updated to a smart TV so I could cast streaming services to but it didn't affect our stay at all just a suggestion. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend you to choose Clifton Villa for your stay.
